I appear to have a spoof calendar account on my iPad

I appear to have a spoof calendar account on my iPad that I am unable to get rid of. It’s called subscribed calendars and I keep getting notifications from it telling me that someone is attempting to hack my data. I am concerned in opening the account on my iPad in case I infect my iPad. What can I do?
