I cannot install or download Apple Wallet on my iPhone 11 iOS is 14.7.1

Wallet is not something you can delete on the iPhone. Is it possible that you are located somewhere that does not support it? Otherwise, on your home screen, continually swipe to the left until you encounter App Library. Tap in the search and type Wallet. When you find it, press and hold and then drag Wallet to a home screen of your choosing.
