Paramont+ and Showtime subscription

I pay $9.99 for the Paramont+ and Showtime subscription but I have no idea what my password is to log in to either one. I read somewhere that when I subscribed I would have created the password then but that did not happen. I've been paying for months and thought maybe I should finally try to work this out. Any help would be nice. Thanks
