Forgot Password
Hi, my daughter who I am fostering for some reason decided to change both her iPhone lock screen password and her iTunes password and now has forgotten both.
I have already taken the steps to unlock the phone, it is now reset and awaiting iTunes sign in to finalize unlocking this account. However, because she changed her iTunes password as well now it's telling me that I have to wait 9 more days before i can reset that password.
is there anyway to move this up or anything? I need her to have this phone for necessary things such as school, and other emergencies as we are both working parents and need to keep her in the loop.
