I want to contact apple support by email because I have a problem My iphone 13 got cracked and I went to tradeline Egypt and I told them the warranty say hardware covered the answered we can’t change it and hardware coverage means if the phone have a hardware problem caused by manufacturing but the description of hardware covered in the settings of the phone didn’t say if it was caused by me or the manufacturing so it means it must be fixed by the warranty.
