If you do no use the "Digital Performer.app" then uninstall it.
If you continue to have an issue with it, I would ask/search the Support for your third party application...

Hey again!
Agree with previous statements. The logs/output you posted exclusively pointed to Digital Performer, does it ever show otherwise?
Found this, although I don’t use this program, may have a fix related to your issue:
https://motu.com/techsupport/technotes/Project%20Glitches
My guess is, the app needs to be allowed somewhere in System Preferences > Security and Privacy, then either in General or Privacy. Considering the newer security restrictions. Or the app needs to be updated, etc.
I’m sure if this issue is exclusive to this app, the developer would have some sort of fix or knowledge of it, I’d check their resources out.
Strange. Any clue in the Terminal output? Perhaps you can run ps command in a new Terminal window, or utilize Activity Monitor for more info. I guess it depends on that, but can you say if the same happens with the internet completely off? Or in Safe Mode? A lot may be related to the type of software you have running, in relation to Big Sur, etc.
Hey there!
Can you say if it shows up after waking your Mac up? Restarting? Or turning off/on?
Can you say if Terminal is in System Preferences > Users and Groups > Login Items?
Likewise, what does Terminal show? The standard: (username)bash3.2? Indicating zsh is the new shell?
If otherwise, does it just show up randomly while using certain apps? If so, what apps?
Those answers may help to start to find an answer, cheers.
Not at boot loading finder or shut down .
at odd times when some second process is triggered in misc. apps.
I have been on apple products since the plus, and have never seen this behavior
it is running full Process strings as they processes are transpiring.

It would appear this Application is calling home for some reason. From there available Information runs on Big Sur BUT specifically missing anything more than 11.2+. That may or may not be a factor in your issue.
Notation: Profile showing Big Sur 11.4. If correct the current version is Big Sur 11.5.2 so, additional updates should be installed for more Bug and Security Fixes.
This is the next one that popped up, Again its not the content, it’s the fact that terminal is presenting background process to me at will..

Hey there!
Your issue may, or may not be related. Did you try the few tests we posted earlier?
Likewise, if it’s only happening with Logic Pro X, I’d try the steps in these articles, (Check out the links available on the bottom of each page, very helpful):
If Logic Pro isn't working:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT200260
Although it may be working, here are other good steps:
Avoid system overloads in Logic Pro:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203930
Those may help to find a resolution path. Otherwise, I’d test the problem using the previously posted steps and comments, hope that helps!
The App is mandatory, and as previously stated it is not limited to one app.
Happens when I open l I gic pro x
Open with Logic pro X and if I close i not out it ends logic pro x
I need to stress... it is not one app being affected.
It is the OS displaying background process for misc. applications in terminal... for process that I should never be seeing.
I know, I was just responding to @marqfrombergenfield’s post. For your symptoms I may try the few tests posted earlier, that might shed some light on it, thanks and good luck!
Thanks
