I did yesterday the Big Sur 11.5.2 software update and everything was going well until this morning, I opened Skype and they stripes appeared first on Skype and later on all the screen. I tried both the reset suggested for the striping but nothing works, even the apple and the bar at the start are striped.

I have a A1706 from 2017, 13 inch. I found out what is it after reinstalling Big Sur from recovery mode without any luck, it's apparently a common issue of my model, the stripes disappear when the screen is almost closed and the come back if I open the screen more, so it's clearly the connector. Saturday I will bring the laptop and see how much the repair will cost. I attach a picture here done with my iPhone, because the screenshot clearly doesn't capture the stripes being them a hardware fault. Now with the stripes is also present super impression of previous screens.

I don't think you mentioned what mac model you have. Your profile says 13" MBP, but it could a 2020 or a 2013 model.
One possibility is that the cable connecting the motherboard to the display is starting to fail.
You may try taking a screenshot (Command-Shift-4 and drag to select an affected area) when the screen is showing these grey lines. Post the screenshot here. If the image is perfect (no grey lines), then the issue is only in the display and probably what I said above - an easy fix for an authorized repairer.
It certainly looks like a hardware issue. If it is a known problem it is possible that you may get it fixed for free.
I guess that if you'd post a screenshot taken with command-shift-3 or-4 it would show us no problem at all - that would have confirmed what we now strongly suspect.
Restart in Safe Mode. Same problem?
Then restart normally? Does the problem reoccur?
You mentioned Skype. Does the problem occur only when you use Skype or with other applications?
No the issues seems to be randomly. I went back to my laptop and the screen was normal but when I closed it and opened it, the stripes were back.
I will try the safe mode.
