How do make my iPhone and iPad suggest strong passwords?
iCloud Keychain is on (I have tried turning if off and then back on again but can’t get it to turn off in the first place) and I am not in private browsing.

We would recommend starting by ensuring the auto-fill options are enabled in Settings. You can use the steps in Automatically fill in strong passwords on iPhone - Apple Support to make sure you've got everything set up correctly.

Since the issue appears on both your iPhone and iPad, and you've verified the settings, the next recommendation would be to have you speak with Apple Support directly. You can do that here: Get Support.

Unfortunately I have already tired all of those suggestions. My iPad/iPhone will auto fill my information and cards details no problem and will also tell me the passwords for any website etc where I have already created a password. It will not however suggest or create a strong password even on websites like Apple where it is advising me to create a strong password. I know some websites block you from using this feature but surely Apple would allow you to use its own feature?
