how can I find out my apple Id and password
I forgot my apple Id now my apple watch is not able to connect what can I do ?
Check your web browser's autofill entries, or use Apple's iForgot service, or contact their Account Security team, or if you're the watch's original owner and have encountered the activation lock, click here and submit an unlock request.
Unless you have a copy of the password at your end, it can't be retrieved and needs to be reset.
