You can view it in the Books app on a Mac, iPad or iPhone. I don’t know of any way to print it, and, as it’s over 600 pages, I’m not sure that would be a good idea.

Reply to myself! Actually managed to find a Dutch language guide to both the iPhone 12 mini and its current operating system via a Google search. Strange, when I searched on Apple several time got nowhere as seems to have happened to many other people. Anyhow I can read Dutch so that is solved.
Thanks helma145, that is what I was looking for. I found exactly the opposite information in another forum thread, i.e. only the iOS 14 guide was available. Anyhow I now have it in both languages that I can read, so problem solved.

I need to print a copy so I can figure out how to use it to its capabilities.
Yes, that's what I was hoping for as well, a pdf that I could quickly scan through and print the important pages. I can't learn from a screen, not sure why.
