Iphone12 cutting out on facetime and now calls too!

My iphone12 was purchased in March 2021.

Facetime calls and now regular calls are always cutting out. If the battery is low calls are super choppy, full battery its intermittent. I use this for work everyday, Apple has was only willing to switch out the chassy? Supposedly the back screen and front screen are the originals and the inside is new... that was yesterday, today, same issue. In portrait mode you cannot facetime at all, phone goes super choppy, person on other end barely catches the conversation. In landscape mode it works. However, calls are awful.

How am I supposed to go on like this? Apple told me the fix may or may not come out in 1-3 years? So much for paying a fortune for a phone and it does not work. Very disappointed.
