creating read aloud books

Back in 2014 there was an app in the app store called Easy Pub Pro creator. I was using this a lot to create interactive epubs with had text color changing and audio mostly for childrens books.

I see this app is no longer on the app store and I need an app or software that will allow me to do what I was able to do in the previous app.

I tried to read a book created with the old software in Ibooks but I get errors detected in the pub.

Any help here?
