My Ipod touch 5th gen is stuck in boot loop.,and wont exit. We just recently replaced the battery!

My iPod touch 5th gen is stuck in boot loop, tried everything, and now home button is broken, won't restore, wont update. Please help! I have a lot of files, and it won't update, or restore. I've tried putting it in DFU, And recovery. Please help! No low battery sign, won't charge, and only shows when plugged in! I've updated my computers, and I have Big sur, and It still wont recognize! It will only recognize when in recovery mode and DFU, but they say there is a problem with this iPod that needs to be updated or restored. I Tried both! Stuck on IOS 9.3.1. Note: Tried soft reset, tried everything. Should I just discard it?
