Apple Watch not connecting to cellular

Now that Sprint/T-Mobile is sending out new T-Mobile Sim cards to their Sprint customers, is anyone else having a problem connecting their watch to the T-Mobile cellular? I've done all the resets, un-pairing/pairing I can stand for hours on support calls with Sprint.
