ipad 8th genration
my ipad is disabled and i put in the right passcode and it said it was incorrect and is now telling me connect to itunes and i don't have a mac boo to do all the steps how do i do it without a macbook.
If NO access to a Mac or Windows computer, you will have to seek help from a good friend or family member to help you out

Search online to locate and call contact your nearest, “local” Apple Store location to try/attempt to make an appointment to get your Apple iPad upgraded/updated to its latest iPadOS 14.6.
Apple Store employees will be glad to help/assist you.
You will need a Mac or Windows PC to do thd passcode restore.
Also, if you have never backed up the data on this iPad, you may lose all of your data forever.
