I can’t download apps from my App Store. It keeps saying my account has been disabled from iTunes and App Store please what can I do to rectify this??

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 14

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
