It’s been about a month and I can’t seem to get the SIM card to work again after taking it out.
I reset network settings, tested it far from WiFi, even backed up and restored, but nothing changed. Phone calls don’t work, neither does my phone number and it’s been getting really annoying.
I use AT&T (4G+LTE) and a friend said that the AT&T customer service isn’t great so I’m wondering if I can get this cleared up here.

Unfortunately, it is unlikely that it is an issue with your device given the troubleshooting steps you've already taken. I would recommend contacting AT&T. (https://www.att.com/support/topic/wireless/)

You get it cleared up by contacting AT&T, let them know how annoyed you are with their service not working on your phone.
