FaceTime will not be recorded in screentime

We just did a test for anyone wondering, because it’s been driving us crazy wondering how our kids are able to go over their social media limits in screentime on FaceTime! FYI, if they are going on FaceTime but then minimizing the screen to do something else… It will not record any time in screentime! That’s how they are able to go over their app limits for FaceTime/social media!!! So t believe me? Try it yourself!

Not receiving Screen Time requests after update Since this week’s iOS update, I’m no longer receiving Screen Time request notifications from my kids. The request is now coming through in iMessage on my MacBook Pro but is not clickable. So is totally useless. And then the request message doesn’t even show up in the same text thread on iPhone.
