We understand you are having trouble with NFC tags on your iPhone.
NFC is used for Apple Pay and other contactless technologies on iPhone. To scan an NFC tag however, you will need to download an application for such a use. Check with the manufacturer of the tag you are using to see if there is a recommended app on the App Store.
