Is there a way to keep iMessage default window to known senders like before? It’s annoying to open it up and see all my messages even from unknown. Like that’s the whole reason why I filtered them out.
BRING BACK THE OLD FORMAT. This is so annoying.

We've reviewed your question and it looks like your Messages app opens to the screen showing the Unknown & Known Messages screen, and you don’t want it to. Allow us to assist with that. Are you perhaps killing the Messages app in the quick launch screen? If so, stop doing that. Don’t do it for ANY apps, it just creates problems.
I already have the filter settings on. The issue is, whenever I close out of the message app it will stay on the known filter for a little bit then change back to the filter where it shows all the messages.
Why isn't the message app just staying filtered?
Yes, that’s what I mean. It is a bad idea to do that routinely. Despite what you think killing apps slows down your phone and increases energy use. And also causes the app to lose its most recent settings, as you have discovered.

Do you mean like just closing out of the app by sliding it up? I'm not quite sure what the quick launch screen is.
