Cash app account being charged from Apple Pay

Hello my name is Raymond I was curious on why my cash app card is being charged by Apple Pay now I did apply for a card and was denied and I do not have a Apple Pay card now in the meanwhile for some reason I keep feeding charges from you guys and do not know how to remove what ever it is tht keep pulling money out of me
