i can't reset two-factor authentication

it warning we haven't enought information, i attemp many time but it show as same

could i contact who for help?

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14

I think you mean you cannot reset security questions. "Not enough information" is a common warning message when you have forgotten those.

If you see the message "not sufficient information" here are two methods that are relatively similar for possibly recovering from "not sufficient information" by signing up for Two Factor Authentication at this stage. See these posts by Community Specialists:
