Find Activity Monitor and double-click it.

In the Activity Monitor look for any suspicious processes, belonging or related to QuicklookPI:

In the Applications folder, look for any suspicious app or an app with a name, similar or identical to QuicklookPI. If you find it, right-click on the app and select “Move to Trash”.

Sys Prefs>Accounts>Login Items. You'll see a list of items that start automatically when you log in. Look for any suspicious apps identical or similar to QuicklookPI, highlight it & click the tiny minus icon.

Click on "Go" and Then "Go to Folder">/Library/LauchAgents/

Look for QuicklookPI related thinks. If there is no such file, do not delete anything.

Repeat for...

/Library/LaunchDaemons

~/Library/LaunchAgents

You should download and run Malwarebytes

It’s a safe and recommended utility from a trusted developer and respected ASC contributor. The application scans for adware and malware and is a popular tool among veteran users here in the Community. See if it can identify any malware you may have accidentally installed. The free version is probably all you need at this point.
