option installed apps not seen on iPhone

When I open Apple Watch app on my iPhone 7 Plus and scroll through options the Installed Apps is not there.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 14

You many have no apps installed.

But the section of Installed on Apple Watch and Available Apps are on the very bottom of the list.

Open up the Watch app on your iPhone and scroll down to the very bottom they will be there.

Thank you for your help. It seems that the watch has no installed apps and the apps on it are defaults. Therefore no updates are possible since my Apple Watch won’t allow removal of factory installed apps. I should have purchased a newer version

Installed Apps is not showing. I see the list of apps that are on the watch. When I click on the application I want to remove I don’t get that option.
