Yes, but its simplicity makes me wonder what you've tried and what happened or I have no idea what you mean.
If you look at the this text editor on the discussion there is a hamburger with a right arrow. I don't see that option in Apple Notes. Indenting is used in numbered lists to create the a) on 1 to make 1(a) (b) (c) etc. Or subordinate bullets etc.
In macOS, just use the tab (shift-tab) to indent.
You can also use cmd-] (cmd-[) as shown in the Format menu > Indentation.
In iOS, if you click on the format button (Aa) icon, there are indent buttons.
