Move notifications to Left side of screen (I am left-handed and always look to the upper left of my screen for information first). Why isn't there an option to move notifications to this location?

Absolutely. I worked on the receiving end of these requests for many years so I understand that a request from a minuscule subset of only 20% of the population (or whatever lefties represent) does not merit an escalation, but it's worth a try.
