Updating audio voicemail with visual voicemail.
I raised this question to my Spectrum mobile consultant, who said contact apple. Because I have audio voicemail set up, I do not set up prompt. How do I get prompts and set up visual voicemail?

Spectrum is listed as one of the carriers that supports visual voicemail, but it must be enabled on your account or you will only have regular audio voicemail.
Make sure Spectrum has your account setup to show you have an iPhone and that visual voicemail should be enabled on their end.
