UPGRADE
If you don’t have broadband access, you can upgrade your Mac at any Apple Store. Is this correct?
I have an macbook pro 13 version OS X 10.10.5 I need it too for serato software

Where do you see this, I'm not sure that is true.
You would need to phone up your nearest store and ask them.
Tell them the model and year of your mac
because there are many macs now labeled as obsolete and Apple will not look at them.
