Is Reiboot recovery tool authorized by Apple?

I'm trying to recover my data from my Apple device and found one of the software called Reiboot. Upon reading on many websites, I found that the developer is not from Apple. I'm feeling hesitating to use this software whether it is safe or not. Authors from a different identity. Kindly confirm if you ever tried this one? Thank you!

Apple itself doesn't make that software. However, you are linking to the Windows version on some aggregate download site. Never, ever download from those sites.

If you want the ReiBoot software, you can download it directly from the developer here: https://www.tenorshare.com/products/reiboot.html

I checked the download and it is Notarized by Apple. Everything checks out fine.
