How to get IPhone to trust my PC again for downloading pictures. I accidentally pressed so not trust. I’ve already done the steps through to the Certif trust settings but there are no choice to pick.

I’m working from memory as I don’t have Windows anymore, but open iTunes Preferences, Advanced tab, and click on Reset Warnings.
I accidentally hit 'don't trust this computer' when prompted by my phone and really need to be able to download photos and videos from my phone to computer. I have tried resetting the itunes preferences but this did nothing.
I turned off my firewall still not working
Reset warnings should fix the problem in iTunes. It may also be your firewall or antivirus blocking the connection.
