I can't activate tracking in the "privacy" section of the settings because the instructions say that the apple ID does not meet the minimum age requirements, but I am already over 18 years old. How do i activate tracking?

We understand that you’re encountering a message that your Apple ID does not meet age requirements to manage the Tracking setting on your iPhone.
A couple things to clarify. Do you use a managed Apple ID? That would be an Apple ID that was assigned by and managed by a corporate or educational environment.
In Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions is anything set to ‘Not Allow’? How about in Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions? If so, are you able to change it?
