How can I gain access to locked notes if I forgot my password

You cannot regain access to your Notes if you forgot the password..
If you guess incorrectly a time or two, I believe it will show a password hint (if you set one up)
You can reset the password for future locked notes, the Related Article at the top of the page has a section on that.
