How to use iPad's internal mic instead of bluetooth headphone mic

The built-in mic on the iPad Pro is FANTASTIC but every time I connect my bluetooth headphones, iPad OS defaults to the bluetooth mic (which SUCKS). Is there any way to change the audio input from the bluetooth headphone to the iPad?

Hello Gregarious10,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you would like to use the built-in iPad Pro microphone even when headphones are connected.

The adjustments that can be made for iPad audio can be found in your Settings but do not include using the internal microphone when headphones are connected. Check out Adjust audio and visual settings on iPad. If available, it may be best to try another set of headphones.

Have a great day!
