How can you clear the Ram when your Iphone is running slow?

Hello ladrina224 and welcome to Apple Support Communities. It appears you are having some difficulty with an iPhone that is running slowly.
RAM is actually managed automatically by iOS. That said, if the device is running slowly, a forced restart is a very valid first step.
