Invalid shipping address

We are happy to help with the issue you are having with not having the correct shipping information showing up for your Appel ID. You will need to verify that your Apple ID is set up with the correct information and if not, you will need to update it.

Thank you for your follow up. If you just moved to a new location, it could be your network. If it is your network, and your device isn't connecting, then your information would not be updated. Take a look at If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network.

You might want to try logging in to your account from a different network or location and see if that helps.

Thank you for your follow up. If you log in to your account on the Apple website, does all of your information show up correct? Do you share your Apple ID with anyone? Have you recently made any changes to your Apple ID or device? Does the same information show up on all devices?
