Invalid shipping address

Can someone help me work out why my name is invalid in the shipping address for Apple Pay?!

We are happy to help with the issue you are having with not having the correct shipping information showing up for your Appel ID. You will need to verify that your Apple ID is set up with the correct information and if not, you will need to update it.


Learn how to Change Payment & Shipping preferences for your Apple ID on Mac here. Also take a look at the section "Update your billing and contact information" in Manage the cards that you use with Apple Pay.


You also want to make sure your device is up to date. Learn how to Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch here.

Thank you for your follow up. If you just moved to a new location, it could be your network. If it is your network, and your device isn't connecting, then your information would not be updated. Take a look at If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network.


You might want to try logging in to your account from a different network or location and see if that helps.
