Microphone not working (IPad Pro M1, 11inch, 3rd Generation )

There are some weird microphone issues on the IPad Pro.

The microphone stops working in the middle of the call and due to which the meeting get automatically disconnected. Even after a force restart, this issue remains persistent even the speaker stops working too.

(This is a serious bug in IPad OS 14.4.1)

This issue is permanent on my device for a few days.

I have reset the settings but the microphone is still not working properly.

You can see in the video recording in the voice memo app stops automatically.

Sometimes it starts recording but stops automatically in a few minutes or seconds.
