Since I bought my 12 Pro Max in May 2021, halfway through my voice recordings in iMessage, the volume of what I send will record low halfway through. When I send it, I can see the audio sound level halfway through is drastically lower than the rest of the recording, almost as if some noise control setting has kicked in. What is going on?

Yes. When I send an audio message in iMessage, halfway through the recording, the microphone records at a lower level. When I play it back and when the person I am sending it to plays it back, the volume will just drop halfway through. The audio levels will even show that dramatic dip halfway through my message.
