I need help accessing my Apple Pay I cant not get my money that’s been sent to me

I forgot my passcode for my other device and it’s no longer functions properly what do I do

Apple Pay Cash So I’m trying to set up my Apple Pay Cash and it says it needs a second passcode from another device but I don’t own another Apple device. I’m not sure if it wants the passcode I had before this current one or from my old iPhone. Either way, I don’t know what to do. Anyone have any advice or has gone through this before?
