About Network Data Lost
What happen if I flash ios through iTunes ,will it delete my esim data plan.please someone give me advice.

If you're erasing it through Settings, you'll have an option to keep your eSim
"If you erase all content and settings from your device, you can choose to erase your eSIM as well or keep it. If you want to cancel your cellular plan, you still need to contact your carrier." - https://support.apple.com/HT209044
Erasing it through iTunes might not give that option hence you would lose the eSim. You can contact your carrier to get it back.
