Dear Apple Communities,
I have a problem that when I go to "Listen Now" and then tap on my profile picture, nothing but this shows up: ("use redeem code" "notifications" "apps with access" "view Apple ID")
Can you help me solve these issues? The apple ID I logged in with is correct, apple music is also turned on, my iPhone runs on the latest IOS 14.7.1.

If we understand your post correctly, you're unable to edit your Music profile. We'd like to help!
If you're signed in but still unable to see the "Edit" button, try tapping on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner. Do you see the option to "Edit Profile" there? If so, tap on that; then tap on your profile picture. You should see the option then to take a photo or choose a photo.
If you're not seeing the three dots then let's check your restrictions to ensure there isn't a restriction preventing you from making changes.

All restrictions are turned off on every device of our family members. It appears none of us can see the three dots on this menu. Is there another solution for this problem?

I have a similar issue. I tap on the photo but have no option for changing or editing. There are no 3 dots on my screen either. Are there any other suggestions? I don't even remember creating a profile image. I had the same issue on the iPhone and iPad.

I believe I do have a profile since when I'm in the menu "For you", there is a photo on the right top corner I set up 3 years ago... Maybe there is an opportunity to reset my profile? I tried to change something in the iTunes application, but I simply cannot click on my avatar photo. It just does nothing. How else can I check/edit my apple music profile?
Correct, I do not. I never have had a subscription, although I do pay for the extra storage so I can have my library with me all the time. The strange thing is this photo is only on the iPad app. Not on my computer or phone. I’d like it to go away. Any ideas?
