Gmail account unregister

Hi

I rejoined a company and I was given the same Gmail account ID which was earlier. Every time, I try to access my Gmail through the Gmail app, I get a notification "Device Policy Alert, you're already registered with another account.you can unregister this account by going to settings> general"

I have tried everything but failing to find a solution, please please please help!!
