Location not swipeable

Hi, do you know how to turn the location on? For some reason when I go to Settings->Privacy->Location the menu doesn’t allow me to turn on location services. I already tried to reset the privacy settings, but it did not help. Same with restarting the phone. Please help

Hi ngoc28,

We see that "Location Services" is gray in Settings. We suggest checking your parental controls by going to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Location Services. Once there, make sure Location Services is set to Allow.

Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Hope this helps. Take care.
