New payment option isn't showing and cannot not re add it

I have added a new payment method to my Apple ID - a new debit card - as I need to switch from another debit card but it isn’t showing as one of the options for me to select. I go to add it again but it says this payment method is already on your account.


Does anyone know how to make it appear or has had a similar issue?


Need to change it asap

You mentioned that the error states that the payment method is already linked to your account. Is this a replacement debit card with new numbers? If so, are you able to edit the card information? See if these steps help: Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support
