Subscriptions

Some of my subscriptions aren't appearing On my iPad subscription list! It seems to be magazines, such as my National Geographic and New York Magazine, but there may be a few others, too, like a few app purchases which are active (should Amazon and Netflix appear here?).

Anyway, where are my magazine subscriptions?
