Autocorrect changing correctly spelled words to gibberish

Hello I’ve tried to get my phone to stop autocorrect terrorism for 3 years. At this point I’ve programmed over 200 words as shortcuts, they will still change these correctly spelled words to other words. It does not fix misspelling, those are left alone. The goal of the phone is to make sure I never have proper English

My phone has moved from changing words like “Changing” to “charging” (had to fix this twice) and “if” to “is” to changing common words to something very rare, or straight gibberish

My phone will always change as many words as possible, it happens when I press the space bar. It used to change to other words just improper English, now it will even do gibberish. The phone recently changed “these” to “theSW” when I pressed my space bar.

Why is this happening?
