Why won’t apple app recognize my password right after I change it ?

is there a time delay to use Apple password on app store? I've reset my apple ID password, however, when I attempt to download and install an app from the App Store and I'm asked for my Apple password, I get an error message saying wrong password. This has happened several times and certain I've typed the password correctly.

Apple password not working. I tried to get a game and I typed in the right password and it said that my password was incorrect. I tried again and same thing happened again. I reset my password but the same thing happened again! This really bothers me and I have reset my password lots. It just doesn’t work! If anyone knows how to fix this, could you please help? I cannot get apps and can’t sign into my apple account.
