Successful Migration of Old MacBook to New. How to Setup Old MacBook for New User?

I have a 2015 MacBook Pro that I migrated to a 2019 MacBook Pro. Since I no longer need the 2015 MacBook Pro, I want to give it to my mom who doesn’t have a laptop right now. However, I want to clear all of my old files, some apps, and saved account passwords from the computer. I also want to remove the partition I set up for Bootcamp years ago so she has more space. Do I need to do a complete reset or is there a more targeted way to clear the device and set up a new user?
