Since you are posting in the English language forums it would be helpful and considerate if you translated the error message shown in your picture.


You can try booting into Safe Mode and running the Big Sur installer again since Safe Mode disables third party apps which may interfere with macOS especially apps like anti-virus apps, cleaning apps, or third party security software.
