TestFlight app error

When I launch the TestFlight app it sais that I must be over 13 years, but i have more than 13 years. I uninstalled the app, but it wasn’t any difference when I installed again. Can you please help me? Thank you.

Have you checked your birthdate on your Apple ID to make sure it is correct?

Apple ID - Update the birth date associated with.
