trying to unlock my iphone that is dispabed but it wont connct to itunes

iphone is dispabled and says to connect to itunes but it wont connect

iPhone SE

Just to be clear, you cannot use iTunes on your iPhone. You need to use your computer with iTunes. If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone --> If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support

Then follow the directions in this link to erase your iPhone --> If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
